Business Development Manager - L&I, Global Portfolio

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth and execution of the Luxury & Icon (L&I) and Global Portfolio brands by translating brand strategy into effective commercial plans and marketplace execution. The role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and distributor partners to identify growth opportunities, improve distribution and visibility, and ensure strong execution across priority channels and customers.

The position also serves as a key link between strategy and execution, leveraging market insights, performance analytics, and best practice sharing to optimize portfolio performance, accelerate sustainable growth, and strengthen brand equity within the market.
