Service Delivery Lead

The Service Delivery Lead leads SCOR’s change management function within operations, ensuring changes to infrastructure, cloud, and business-critical applications are assessed, governed, approved, and implemented in a controlled manner. The role is accountable for the end-to-end change process, balancing service agility with operational stability, risk reduction, and business continuity. This position establishes strong governance through change policies, impact assessment, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation review to improve service reliability and execution quality.

Working closely with engineering, operations, security, application, vendor, and business teams, the Head of Service Delivery ensures that change activity is coordinated effectively, transparently, and in line with enterprise standards.
