Quality Lead, Global QS NC & CAPA Process Owner

This role serves as the Global Process Owner for the Nonconformance (NC) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes within CooperVision’s Quality Management System (QMS). The position is responsible for defining, maintaining, monitoring, and continuously improving globally harmonized NC and CAPA processes, associated procedures, governance models, metrics, and digital solutions. As the recognized subject matter expert for NC and CAPA management, this individual partners with Global Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations (Manufacturing, Packaging and Distribution), R&D, Functional Leaders and IT functions to ensure the processes remain compliant, effective, scalable, and aligned with applicable regulatory requirements and business objectives. The role exercises significant influence across functions and sites while operating independently with limited supervision.
