About The Role

The FP&A Manager – Commercial Analysis for CooperVision Japan (CVJ), plays a critical role in FP&A driving high‑quality
commercial decision support. This position covers the substance of Commercial Analysis work, ensuring accuracy,
consistency, and integration of FP&A outputs across customers, brands, and channels. The role directly owns selected
key customers as a hands‑on Finance Business Partner, while also being accountable for delivering an integrated
CVJ‑level financial view to Management and APAC/Global Finance. This is an individual contributor role (non‑people
manager) with expanded responsibility for coordination and quality assurance. Also, act as a team leader to support
capability building through technical guidance and quality within Commercial Analysis
