HSE Manager

The HSE Manager is responsible for leading and managing the site's Health, Safety, and Environmental programs to promote a safe, compliant, and injury-free workplace. This role partners with plant leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations, while driving continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing safety initiatives, incident investigations, employee training, contractor safety, regulatory compliance, environmental permitting, and workers' compensation processes. The HSE Manager also leads audits, corrective actions, and safety culture initiatives to support operational excellence and sustainability goals.
