Lead the strategy and execution of the organization's Total Rewards function, ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation, benefits, payroll, and recognition programs. Partner with senior business leaders to develop reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while aligning with business objectives. Oversee compensation planning, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, payroll governance, incentive programs, HR compliance, and vendor management. Drive continuous process improvements, analytics, and policy enhancements to deliver an exceptional employee experience and support organizational growth.
