Atlantic Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Manager of Outpatient Infusion to lead our multidisciplinary infusion services team. This leadership role is ideal for an accomplished Registered Nurse with a strong background in oncology and/or hematology who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.

As the Manager of Outpatient Infusion, you will oversee the daily clinical and operational functions of the infusion center while partnering with physicians, pharmacy, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to provide safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. You will play a vital role in shaping the patient experience, mentoring clinical staff, advancing quality initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
