Supervisor, Extrusions & Packing 2nd Shift

The Extrusion Supervisor is responsible for leading the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the aluminum extrusion department. This position is accountable for protecting employees, meeting customer requirements, maximizing equipment performance, developing employees, and driving continuous improvement. The supervisor is expected to lead by example, maintain a visible presence on the production floor, and make timely operational decisions.
