Host/Hostess - The Reserve (Harrah's Joliet)

As a Steakhouse Host/Hostess, you'll be the first and last impression for our guests. You'll warmly greet guest, manage reservations and waitlists, escort guests to their tables, answer questions, and help create a welcoming dining experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
