IT Engineering Manager

Newmark's technology team is looking for a Engineering Manager to lead and grow multiple engineering teams spanning full-stack development, data engineering, and AI/agentic AI builders. You will own the delivery, quality, reliability, and technical direction of our cloud-native platforms end to end, from front-end experiences and backend services to data pipelines, master data, and AI-powered products. You will manage and coach engineers and senior engineers, set technical and organizational standards, partner with product and business leadership to translate strategy into roadmaps, and champion the adoption of agentic AI to accelerate engineering velocity, all while remaining technically credible and close to the work.
