The Senior Manager, Software & Controls Product Manager – India is responsible for defining, executing, and scaling the Software and Controls product strategy across the India region. This role serves as the regional owner for Software & Controls offerings, including SCADA, EPMS, digital power management, configuration tools, and embedded controls. Ensuring alignment between global product roadmaps, regional customer needs, and commercial execution through to services

As the primary interface between the India Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and Global Offering, this role is responsible for pipeline growth, margin expansion, pricing strategy, and new product introduction success. The position combines product lifecycle leadership, market and customer intelligence, and regional P&L influence, while serving as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.
