Catering and Events Coordinator

The Catering and Events Coordinator is a member of the Catering & Events team at Vanderbilt University and provides high-level administrative and operational support for a high-volume event planning environment. This role manages key aspects of the customer event planning process, ensuring event details and changes are communicated accurately and promptly to the Catering & Events team. The Coordinator uses a variety of event planning and catering software systems to support efficient operations and help ensure the successful execution of catering and events. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, as well as a thorough understanding of departmental policies and procedures.
