About The Role

This role strengthens the Property & Casualty (P&C) Planning and Performance functions through hands-on contribution to analytics and tooling evolution, with a focus on robust foundations, automation and dashboarding. The Senior P&C Performance & Planning Analyst designs, builds and operationalizes analytical solutions leveraging industrial data platforms including Genesis/Foundry and Python, while supporting teams in adopting self-service and more autonomous ways of working. The role contributes to improving efficiency, reliability and analytical depth across planning and performance activities, in close coordination with the Data & Analytics department.
