Research Farm Supervisor

About the Opportunity

The main objective is to guarantee the monitoring and operational support of agricultural activities in research fields, ensuring strict compliance with agricultural regulations and certifications, guaranteeing that all technical, operational and administrative information is organized, updated and available for decision-making by the immediate supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with the agricultural field activity program.
• Development of performance indicators in field work.
• Prepare periodic reports with consolidated and well-structured information.
• Control the orderly recording of payroll, attendance and operating costs.
• To ensure compliance with good agricultural practices and to guarantee the correct use of personal protective equipment.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Agronomist or similar
• Minimum of 4 years’ work experience
• Areas of expertise such production
• Communication skills
• Candidate must be adaptable, flexible, and dependable in a fast-paced environment. This includes the ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Team leadership
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Sound judgment for problem-solving
• Exemplary attitude
• Spanish communication skills, English skills are desirable
• Great time management, organization and prioritization abilities
• Driver license A1
