Pay Rate

Starting wage is $21.97. After successful completion of training, pay rate will range from $23.95-$28.16. Rate of pay is based on job placement.

Category/Shift

Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

• 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm
• 3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am
• *Overtime and Saturdays as needed.
• Exact shift placement will depend on current production needs. Training will begin on 1st shift (6:00am-2:00pm). Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime.

The Job You Will Perform

• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
• This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
