About The Role

The Application Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, support, enhancement, and operational stability of assigned Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications and associated data integrations. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions that meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate possesses strong application support, cloud, and data engineering experience, along with a passion for automation and continuous improvement. This individual will be responsible for maintaining production systems, managing data pipelines, supporting Agile delivery teams, and leveraging emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
