Assistant Vice President, Core Banking Services

Lead the planning, management, and delivery of software products that support key business functions. Partner closely with internal departments to understand business needs and translate them into innovative, high quality product solutions that elevate both member and employee experiences. Serve as a subject matter expert on Core Banking and associated products, platforms, systems, policies, and procedures. Lead the strategy, implementation and delivery of our Core Banking modernization program with a specific focus on co-existence as an enabler for migration to a new core banking platform. Provide strategic support to executive leadership by contributing to the development and execution of long term organizational plans.
