About The Role

The Toolpusher manages the drilling department and coordinates safe and efficient drilling operations of the rig under all operational and environmental conditions. The Toolpusher ensures the operator's program is accomplished within the parameters that have been set by the operator in accordance with company policies and procedures in a safe and efficient manner.
