Chief Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operation of the hotel's building, equipment, and mechanical systems. The Chief Engineer is responsible for managing the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring the hotel is safe, functional, and well maintained for guests and employees. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, supervising maintenance staff, coordinating vendor services, maintaining equipment and building systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and assisting with capital improvement projects. The Chief Engineer will work closely with all departments to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.
