Supervisor - Facilities Mgmt

Responsible for supervising the daily operations of the central utility plant, plumbing, heating and HVAC division of the Facilities Management Department. Ensures efficient and compliant operations of the plant on a 24/7 basis. Reporting to the Manager of Plant Facilities, the Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the mechanics in leading the day-to-day operational functions of the department, schedule necessary systems repairs/replacements, and assist in the development, implementation and administration of preventive and corrective maintenance programs associated with the Physical Plant infrastructure. The Supervisor with direction from the Plant Manager, manages the planning of job schedules and coordinates with outside contractors, and assists with the resolution of issues. Solid knowledge and trouble-shooting skills with 1) Building Automation Systems. 2) Air/Water Balancing and 3) steam systems.
