Texas Children's Administrative Fellowship

The Texas Children’s Hospital Administrative Fellowship is designed to develop future leaders in health care administration. Our 18-month program provides early careerists with exposure to executive leadership, high-level decision-making and opportunities to lead individual projects, at the nation’s largest women & children’s hospital. This program provides an unparalleled networking opportunity, and many of Texas Children’s current leaders got their start in this program.
