Sr. Substation Engineer

Join our team as a Senior Substation Engineer, where you will serve as the technical lead for substation projects, supporting execution of high-voltage infrastructure (138 kV and 345 kV).

In this role, you will define project scope, provide engineering leadership, and coordinate with the Engineer of Record (EOR), construction teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are technically sound and executable. While you will not manage overall project cost and schedule, you will provide critical inputs and technical guidance that enable successful project delivery. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, supporting project execution from concept through construction and commissioning while helping ensure consistency, constructability, and alignment with company standards.
