Assistant Director, Preceptor Engagement

The Assistant Director of Preceptor Engagement provides strategic leadership, fiscal management, and operational execution for all preceptor engagement, recruitment, retention, and recognition activities across Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. This position oversees the Preceptor Engagement program and its associated departmental budget, ensuring fiscal accountability, strategic allocation of resources, and alignment with VUSN priorities. The role is responsible for building a scalable and sustainable preceptor engagement infrastructure to support both the Middle Tennessee Area and Outside Middle Tennessee Area students, while strengthening VUSN's regional and national clinical partnerships.

This is a hybrid position and on-campus work will be required.
