Director of Recruiting & Employer Engagement

The Director of Recruiting & Employer Engagement leads the execution of Vanderbilt’s employer recruiting strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of internship and full-time hiring pipelines across all career pathways. Reporting to the Assistant Vice Provost for Employer Relations & Experiential Learning, this role is responsible for managing recruiting operations, optimizing employer engagement execution, and increasing student placement outcomes through structured, scalable recruiting processes.
