Communications Manager, VUPD

The Communications Manager provides management of the Communications Unit, including supervision of communication specialists. Provides quality control audits of calls for service and associated records entered through the computer-aided dispatch and informational system software. Provides training of personnel as required. Maintains operational readiness of the communications room, equipment, and resources.
