The Learning, Talent and Capability Strategist at Vanderbilt University is critical in shaping innovative learning and talent development strategies and steering the systems, platforms, and tools that deliver them at scale across our enterprise. This role pairs forward-thinking talent development expertise and deep learning systems design with applied AI fluency to architect how staff learn, build, grow, and advance through leadership, professional, technical, and compliance development, in alignment with our mission.
