Content & Production Manager

This role is responsible for leading content strategy, content planning and content production for China.

This role serves as the bridge between brand strategy and creative execution, transforming marketing objectives into compelling storytelling, innovative content experiences and premium creative assets that strengthen Penfolds' luxury positioning and cultural relevance.

Combining strategic thinking, creative leadership and production expertise, the role oversees the development of integrated content plans, leads content creation from concept to delivery, and manages internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class content across campaigns, product launches, consumer experiences and owned channels.

As the content leader for China, this role establishes content standards, builds production capabilities, develops talent and drives creative excellence across the business.
