Senior Manager, Logistic & Customer Service

The Senior Manager, Logistics and Customer Services for Taiwan reports directly to the Distribution Director – China Cluster and reports indirectly to the General Manager in charge of Taiwan market. This role is leading the end-to-end distribution and customer service operations for our Taiwan market, ensuring flawless customer delivery while meeting/exceeding regulatory standards and customer expectations. Drive Operational excellence, optimize supply chain resilience, and actively contribute to business growth in a highly regulated industry.
