Director of Nursing (Emergency Center and Trauma)

The Nursing Director maintains accountability for the clinical, operational, and financial performance of designated clinical area(s). This leader ensures the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and developmentally appropriate care within a family-centered care model while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Patient population of units may vary and could include pediatric only, adult only, or pediatric and adult care.
