Enterprise Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Electrical Systems

The Enterprise Technical SME – Electrical Systems is responsible for ensuring Oracle’s Data Center Critical Facilities workforce develops and maintains the technical expertise required to safely operate and maintain mission-critical electrical infrastructure. Through enterprise curriculum ownership, technical leadership, and instructor-led delivery, this role helps establish a standardized, scalable training program that improves operational readiness, supports workforce development, and reinforces the reliability of Oracle’s global data center operations.

This position is centrally based in Nashville and requires frequent travel to Oracle data center campuses to support instructor-led training, operational readiness, commissioning activities, and workforce development initiatives.
