Land Development Manager

The Land Development Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of land development activities for a large-scale master-planned community in Waxahachie, TX, featuring 13,000+ homes and up to 1.3M SF of commercial development. Reporting to the Director of Community Development, this role manages the delivery of residential lots, infrastructure, utilities, landscaping, parks, amenities, sales centers, and other community assets. The position partners with consultants, contractors, municipalities, utility providers, HOA management, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards. Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and experienced managing multiple development projects in a fast-paced environment.
