Disabled Facilities Grant Officer

We are seeking two exceptional, engaging and committed individuals to join us as Disabled Facilities Grant Officers. This role is a unique and interesting, providing an exciting opportunity to work alongside colleagues in supporting our residents to achieve their aspirations within their home and their community.

The Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) provides financial assistance that is essential for provision of home adaptations to give disabled people better freedom of movement in and around their homes, and to give access to essential facilities within the home and access to their community.
