Aftercare Personal Advisor

We are seeking an exceptional, engaging and committed individual to join us as a Personal Advisor in our Aftercare service. This role is a varied and interesting opportunity to work with Care Experienced Young Adults. The service focuses on supporting Children and Adults from the age of 16-25 to achieve the very best outcomes; to reach their full potential while ensuring they are able to effectively move forward into independent lives.
