HSE Specialist

Based in Midland, TX, this position supports HSE activities for the Midland Downhole Tools location, providing facility engagement, compliance support, and program implementation in alignment with NOV’s HSE Management System. Works under general guidance to identify risks, promote safe work practice, and improve HSE performance at the facility level.

This position is an onsite role based at our Midland, Texas facility located at 5204 W County Road 126, Midland, TX 79706. The successful candidate is expected to maintain a regular onsite presence to support HSE programs, conduct inspections and audits, investigate incidents, and partner with operations personnel to promote a safe and compliant work environment.
