Organisational Design Manager

Short Description

Ocado Logistics is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Organisation Design Manager to act as an internal consultant for our Senior Leadership Team and People Partners.

In this highly collaborative role, you will conduct organisational assessments, develop data-driven design recommendations, and lead complex operating model transformations from concept to implementation. To be successful, you will need a proven track record in dedicated OD or HR consulting roles, strong change management and stakeholder influencing skills, and a CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience).
