External Manufacturing Manager

The Category Manager, External Manufacturing - is responsible for leading Strategic Sourcing initiatives, encompassing external and contract manufacturing in the APAC region. This role is responsible for defining, developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives for the OEM/Contract Manufacturing category across all CooperSurgical locations, capital projects, supplier networks and geographic regions. This role focuses on supplier performance, adherence contractual terms, achieving cost reduction, quality improvement, and delivery performance goals. The Category Manager builds and maintains strategic supplier relationships, negotiates favorable contracts, and leads cross-functional teams to drive sourcing excellence and supplier development.
