MEP Project Team Leader

1. Analyze electrical project drawings and specifications to compile a comprehensive list of materials, equipment,

and man-hour requirements, ensuring alignment with project priorities and the approved time schedule.

1. Supervise the performance of electrical subcontractors, provide technical guidance and promptly escalating any

issues to the direct manager for appropriate action.

1. Manage daily electrical site activities, including the supervision and monitoring of the electrical workforce and

subcontractors’ work to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

1. Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) Department to schedule inspections and testing of electrical systems

and components, implementing corrective measures when necessary to meet quality and code requirements.

1. Prepare and submit a daily electrical work status report, outlining progress, performance metrics, and any issues

or delays requiring management attention.

1. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of electrical

systems and timely resolution of any cross-trade conflicts.

1. HSE Duties:

• Assist the Site Senior Engineer on technical aspects of site safety.
• Review and approve engineering drawings and calculations for HSE compliance.

Provide technical support for accident investigations and incident reporting.
