Tool & Die Supervisor

Tool & Die Supervisor - Columbia, TN - This position supervises and directs Tool & Die department activities with regards to repairs, preventive maintenance, projects, new tooling launches or tooling design changes ensuring successful start-up and operational performance. Work with both the SMB Brantford and SMP Columbia teams to ensure tooling performance is optimized. Leads the Tool & Die department in root cause analysis with an emphasis on defect elimination and error proofing.
