Customer Engagement Executive (1 year contract)

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Executive (Contract) to support the Customer Engagement (CE) team in the implementation of regulatory initiatives and the team’s ongoing operations in managing complaints relating to Income’s products and services. This role requires close collaboration with CE managers, internal stakeholders, and support functions to ensure regulatory commitments are delivered while maintaining day to day service standards in complaints handling.
