Supervisor, Maintenance

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and longevity of extrusion presses, auxiliary equipment (including furnaces and material handling systems), and facility assets. This role leads the development and execution of preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability, minimize downtime, and support efficient production operations. The position ensures equipment operates within established capabilities while meeting quality standards and customer requirements, maintaining compliance with OSHA safety regulations, controlling maintenance and repair costs, and extending the overall lifecycle of company assets.
