Senior Leave of Absence Analyst

The Office of Human Resources seeks a Senior Human Resources Analyst in the Los Angeles or San Francisco Office. The annual salary range for this position is $104,308 to $139,079. This position allows for up to four days of remote work per week. About the Position: The Senior Human Resources Analyst will oversee and administer the State Bar’s leave of absence program in accordance with all relevant State and Federal laws; advise managers, supervisors, and employees, on leave and disability matters; and monitor, analyze and recommend compliance actions for new and evolving leave management requirements.
