About The Role

We’re looking for a Workspace Lead (England) to join our Property & Workspace function. If you’re someone who enjoys managing operational delivery, working across multiple sites and creating safe, compliant and effective working environments that support colleagues to do their best work, Standard Life could be the place for you.

In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day workspace operations across the England property portfolio, managing facilities services, building operations, supplier performance and local service delivery. You’ll help ensure our workspaces operate safely, efficiently and consistently, while supporting colleague experience, business continuity and operational resilience across the region.
