Team Lead, Business Membership (Member Advice Centre)

We are currently seeking a Team Lead, Business Membership to join our team. This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to work from one of our offices in Duncan, Kelowna, Langley, Penticton, or Victoria, BC. The Team Lead, Business Membership is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Business Membership Advisors within the Member Advice Centre’s dynamic omni-channel environment. This role oversees the end-to-end business membership onboarding process, ensuring memberships are established accurately and in compliance with all applicable regulatory, audit, risk, and organizational requirements. The Team Lead fosters a high-performance culture by providing ongoing coaching and professional development that supports excellence in advisory services, sales, and relationship management, while delivering a consistent and exceptional member experience.
