Job Responsibilities
We’re looking for an FP&A Specialist who wants more than maintaining spreadsheets — someone who wants to improve systems, automate reporting, and turn financial data into clear business insight .
- Build and improve weekly and monthly P&L reporting , reforecasting, and business planning
- Analyze deviations vs plan, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions , not just insights
- Create management-ready financial presentations covering P&L, KPIs, and cash burn
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Leadership, Accounting, Treasury, and BI
- Improve FP&A processes end-to-end: clarity, speed, accuracy, automation
- Help establish a culture where every dollar spent is driven by the business plan
