Responsibilities

- The schedule for this role is
- Four (4) ten (10) hour shifts.
Summary of Major Duties
- Provides clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety and direction of unit staff in designated service area.
- Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care of all patients in service area.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Compact Licensure
- BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
- ICU or Emergency Room Experience preferred.
- ACLS: Recovery Room- Required
- PALS: Recovery Room- Required
