Key Responsibilities

You’ll partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to manage legal strategy, oversee global compliance, and drive efficiency across operations, finance, tech, and commercial initiatives. Your mission: balance speed and control, ensuring every decision supports Trafilea’s long-term growth while minimizing risk.

• Lead global legal operations across corporate, commercial, competition, compliance, and tax matters.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management, the Board, and investors on key business decisions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate software, logistics, fulfillment, and eCommerce agreements , ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Design and optimize company policies, procedures, and procurement processes to improve efficiency and legal governance.
• Identify and assess legal and financial risks , offering practical, business-aligned recommendations.
• Manage relationships with external counsel worldwide , ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee vendor onboarding and contract lifecycle management , including renewals and terminations.
• Lead legal reporting and performance tracking , creating frameworks to monitor KPIs and ensure accountability.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Treasury, and PMO to integrate legal controls into strategic projects and systems.
• Proactively support M&A, due diligence, and post-integration activities as the company expands globally.
