Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver AI projects and programs , ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and technical constraints.
  • Manage end-to-end AI software product development , from experimentation to production and scaling.
  • Define and maintain roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and cross-project dependencies .
  • Identify and proactively manage risks specific to AI initiatives (data, models, infrastructure, compliance).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Data Science, ML Engineering, MLOps, Product, Platform).
  • Oversee the structure of machine learning pipelines and ensure production readiness.
  • Partner with MLOps teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and monitoring of models in production.
  • Facilitate effective cross-team ceremonies and working sessions.
  • Ensure delivery quality and alignment with PMO frameworks and governance.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience managing AI projects focused on AI-based software products .
  • Hands-on experience in structuring machine learning pipelines .
  • Practical experience working with MLOps and production AI systems .
  • Strong experience in identifying and managing dependencies and risks across multiple projects .
  • Ability to communicate AI and ML concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
