Responsibilities

• Reviewing Customer Support Standard Work
• Assess existing standard work documents against current practices.
• Identify misalignments and inefficiencies.
• Recommend updates and improvements to streamline operations.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering disciplines.
• Understand and follow standard operation procedures (SOP).
• Proactive and able to work independently.

Learning Outcome

• Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry, Engine Center / Component Repair / Manufacturing.
• Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE – Customer Oriented Results & Excellence).
