MANAGER - QUALITY & RISK MANAGEMENT

Responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Quality, Risk, and Governance frameworks across We One. The role ensures the organization operates with robust enterprise risk management, ISO-aligned quality systems, and data-driven performance management, while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and digital enablement.

The position plays a critical role in embedding a culture of quality, risk awareness, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, enhancing customer satisfaction, and positioning the organization for excellence recognition (e.g. EFQM, quality awards).
