Assistant Manager Human Resources

The Assistant Manager, Human Resource (ER & IR) supports employee and industrial relations activities, including employee engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, compliance with labor laws, and learning & development coordination. The role partners closely with managers and employees to promote a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives are effectively implemented.
